Production Director*
When the mix is balanced, the lyrics land on cue, and transitions are flawless, technology fades into the background so people can focus on what truly matters. We're seeking someone who loves this invisible craft. In this role, you will oversee audio, lighting, video, and ProPresenter across our campus while equipping and mentoring a team of 20+ volunteers. If you have an ear for technical detail, a heart for teaching, and a passion for using your skills for a higher purpose, we’d love to meet you.
